Retreats
It was a perfect weekend to getaway and RESET. We are the RESET RETREAT team. With everything going on in the world today, aligning yourself with likeminded faith filled people is so important. We came together to refresh, to relax and to press into our faith with prayer for each other and our nations. After two years of the isolating rules and restrictions we are done and ready to bring people together again.
We are headed out for the first RESET Retreat of 2022 this weekend.
The next Mountain Health and Wellness Retreat is set for March so if you are interested or just want to know more about the theme or activities, feel free to join my newsletter or contact me directly and I’ll send you some details.
I started these retreats for an alternative to yoga retreats for Christian women. We will be doing our stretches and morning prayers and meditations with our Bibles and Jesus. We will be enjoying connection with each other over healthy meals and some fun outdoor activities. There will be time for some photos, and just rest and journalling time. My hope is to send everyone home feeling renewed and refreshed.
The ladies and I will be joining hands to pray for our country and the liberation of the people. I am beyond excited to share some of the beauty of the mountains and some pictures with you after the weekend.
Subscribe to my newsletter for more details on our next retreat.

RESET Roundup 2021.
This summer was all about RESETTING. For me that meant getting back to the basics, cleansing and realigning myself with God and nature. I spent a lot of time in reflection and in prayer. I spent a lot of my time with the good book and this is what I know now…..
There really isn’t anything like getting outside away from wifi and just being in nature to reset, get inspired and just truly rest.
After writing the RESET-90 Happy Healthy days program I really wanted to have my own time to just unwind, reflect and recharge. I really think it’s important to do that every once in a while. Resetting may look different for different people at different times but for me, I’ve really had an urge to be outside and away from the hustle. I find that being in nature helps me connect with my creative side and allows me to just flow in a way that feels natural. Good sleep, exercise, creative activities and good food are all part of my perfect reset.
I spent the extra time reading, playing my guitar, painting and paddling. Although there were fires in the area it didn’t seem to bother me. I napped when the bugs started to get busy in the afternoon and just enjoyed the slow pace of the day. Each day was a little different and I had plenty of visitors but some of the days I got to enjoy all to myself which I am very thankful for.
