People always ask me “what do you do”… Well, here’s a little bit about what I do and how I may be able to help you.
Instead of telling you the long story of my entrepreneurial endeavours, let me tell you a little bit about what I’m doing now and how I may be able to help you.
You may have met me along the way as a fitness model or coach and yes, I’m still passionate about helping people be healthy. After all, you are unlikely to be very successful anywhere else in your life if you don’t have good health.
Coaching
I have created programs to help people from all fitness levels get on track or reach their full athletic ability. If that’s what you need hit the Health and Wellness tab and find what you need there. I have 20 years of experience and have worked with thousands of clients of all goal ranges and ages.
Creator and Educator
After writing 7 books and creating websites for my challenges and start up companies along the way, I learned the in’s and out’s of social media, graphics, webs design, SEO and long list of marketing skills were born. I love creating content for affiliates, lifestyle stories and inspiration. I love teaching people all thing things I learn along the way in a multitude of creative platforms or elements including; videos, photos, story telling, literature, podcasts, art and branding.
My Passion
Deep down my passion is to help people thrive. I love connecting with people about their dreams and their visions and helping develop a plan to make it happen. I love being able to brainstorm and see a project or business come to fruition.
So when people ask what I do, I usually answer with this question; what do you need?
I am always learning new things and trying to find innovative ways to help people get their brand or product in front of the right people. I want you to succeed in every area of your life but my skill sets fall under visionary, creator, educator and developer. I can take your dream and break it down to steps and actions to take and then I can coordinate the team to pull it all together. Sometimes the biggest things have the easiest answers.
Over the years I have worked with all kinds of companies from start ups to over 100 employees. I’ve worked in print media, sales, hospitality, events, finance and real estate and one thing I’ve learned from all those experiences is that your business is nothing without a solid marketing plan.
I spent 10 years developing digital courses and ebooks to help people live healthier lives. On that journey I learned a ton of skills that I believe can help any company from start up to rebranding. Whether you are a coach or a large company that needs a marketing firm to take over your marketing, my team and I can help you do just that.
I majored in psychology in college and use my education background to help create branding that resonates with your target market.
