I believe we were fearfully and wonderfully made, each with our own beautiful uniqueness. In that, we are given the responsibility to take care of our body as we would a temple. It’s not always that easy and most of us need reminders regularly. I have always found that people do better with a little motivation. I have 20 years experience coaching all kinds of clients with weight loss goals as well as elite pro athletes and every kind of recovery from illness, injury, addiction and emotional traumas. I would be honoured to be part of your health and wellness journey and pass onto you any knowledge that will help you reach your health and wellness goals. 

Ultimately life can be a crazy ride but with the right guidance we can do anything and overcome any challenge!

More than that, this is going to be a FUN challenge. There are always great people to connect with and some excitement of winning cool stuff. 

What does the Program include?

SHIFT- More than the physical – is a 12 week transformation wellness program that includes weekly videos and emails that includes health and wellness tips, motivation to keep you motivated, get you educated and help you thrive. You will receive the Shift Ebook, the workout training guide through the Claire Rae Fit app

We will cover topics about food, training, sleep, prayer and more encouragement through the word of God. We will be applying biblical principles ( ancient wisdom) to create a healthy relationship with food and your body and the truth about healing. I will be talking about overcoming obstacles and unexpected challenges. How to create habits that will help you recover and thrive, no matter what life throws at you.

 I will be answering questions about injury recovery; both physical, emotional and spiritual and how to allow these types challenges to strengthen and motivate you.

We will be meeting on the Claire Rae Fit app for the training and the workout plan. 

Exclusive access to content that will help you win at your goal: Recipes, diet examples, videos and Q&A’s. 

Challenge Rules

You need to be registered before Jan 10, 2025 to qualify. The winner will be selected based on participation, Before and After picture results, workout consistency and final testimony write up. I’m looking for someone who wants to represent healthy living on the inside and the out. With this mindset, your results will speak for themselves. May the best take the prize.

*Before pictures need to be submitted no later than Jan 10, 2025. 

*After Pictures and testimonies are due March 21th, 2025.
