Oil of oregano is a concentrated liquid derived from the leaves of the oregano plant, Origanum vulgare or Origanum compactum. Over the holiday’s I was struck with a really bad flu, so bad that I wasn’t able to cook for myself and I’m not in a location currently with any type of skip the dishes apps or delivery. I was though very blessed to have some people drop me off some meals and take really good care of me but knowing how fast it can happen I decided to make sure I had freezer pre-made meals and soups on hand.
