Keep your eyes on the blue skies ahead
We are nervous, hopeful, scared and passionate all at the same time. How do we keep believing and moving forward?
I had a revelation the other day while thinking about why Jesus spoke in parables. It’s because the message isn’t for everyone and it’s not for those that don’t believe.
As I pondered the media and the circulating information, I wondered how anyone could know what is the truth and what is a lie. I have made my stance on what I believe but every once and a while I question things. I try and put myself in the shoes of those with opposing viewpoints and find myself in need of reassurance and direction going forward. I always search the scriptures and although that can be a tricky thing to understand also, with prayer this is what I came to this morning.
-my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.- Hosea 4:6
But for those that want to learn and have knowledge and wisdom Jesus said this:
-Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you- Matthew 7:7

Nope, Summer isn’t over yet! For some of you, summer vacation is just getting started. Maybe you’ve been following along and getting the urge to go chasing waterfalls too. Here are a few apps I use to find great spots to go and adventures for every level.
After running a successful online fitness training business for many years I would always get questions about how I did it and how to get started. Many of my clients went on to become personal trainers or life coaches to their own clients. I always love helping people succeed so I was quick to answer their questions the best I could.
I wanted to come back and give an update on my post concussion syndrome and some of the things I have been doing to get back to full health, mobility and alertness. I can honestly say I’m feeling a lot better. I can tell that my mind is doing better by the level of creativity that is starting to come back. I have been slowly feeling the urge to get back to the things like photography, blogging and my usual adventuring. It’s the energy that still comes and goes but there has been a big enough improvement that I can say with confidence that some of the things I have been doing to regain and regrow my
