Better Everyday!

I wanted to come back and give an update on my post concussion syndrome and some of the things I have been doing to get back to full health, mobility and alertness. I can honestly say I’m feeling a lot better. I can tell that my mind is doing better by the level of creativity that is starting to come back. I have been slowly feeling the urge to get back to the things like photography, blogging and my usual adventuring. RESET set to launch April 5th.

We’ve now had a year to make changes or shifts to adjust to some of the things that have taken place in our world. For some, not much has changed and for others it may seem like you are doing a overhaul to every part of your life. Either way, whatever your circumstances are we can all use a RESET from time to time both physically, mentally and spiritually.

I’m currently just adding another 200 exercises to the Claire Rae Fit app and the RESET workout portion will be ready for launch by April 5th. This program will be open all year long for anyone that needs a refresher on training or is new to fitness. The program will include my RESET-90 Happy Healthy Days Ebook, The Diet Makeover Cookbook and 12 weeks RESET at home training via my app. You will have everything you need to retrain your mind and body.

It’s more than a fitness program this time around. Getting back on track

I don’t know about you but getting back on track can seem like a redundant endeavour. It seems like no matter how long you’re rolling on a good track it’s not long before you need a refresher or reboot. Yes, if you are like me you have been working on your fitness goals for most of your adult life but there always seems to be a season where you feel the need for an overhaul. Does it ever actually get easier you might wonder? But I would say yes, I would say over time it becomes easier to know what to do to get back on track and it gets easier because you know what to expect from your effort. A lot of the fitness lifestyle is trial and error. Trying different diets, trying different workouts and ways to stay active. Different friend groups and modes of motivation such as challenges and competitions. All these things play a part in your long-term success and ease of looking and feeling your best. There are some obvious and not-so-obvious choices we make daily that affect us in the long run and will determine how many times we get knocked off course.

I’ve always had mixed feelings about supplements as I’ve had a variety of reactions as well as deeper scentific review. I’ve seen both good results and bad as well as useless and expensive plots and ploys. I in no means ever want to mislead people to purchase things that will either harm them or mislead so in saying that let me tell you some of my favorite products but also let you know that I always recommend eating fresh food first and never depending on a supplement to more than eating a variety of good foods but as you probably know life throws curve balls and we aren’t always able to perform at our best or take care of ourselves in the best way so when that happens supplements can help and I have seen some great results by taking some of these and a few more “ll mention later on.
