Hallelujah
It’s a time to celebrate and just take a moment to be so thankful. March 2nd was Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent. If you don’t know what that is, it’s the fast before Easter to recognize the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross for our sins. It lasts from March 2nd to April 14th this year. I have not always been an observer of this tradition but this year it seems important, not only because the state of the world but because of the personal understanding that I need God’s grace and mercy on the daily. I have so many things to be thankful for and in that, I want to make sure to revere God and His graces. Perhaps you feel the same?

I got my results back from my tumour removal and it looks like it’s negative for cancer! Just an issue due to chronic inflammation which is still something I’m working through but a much easier pill to swallow. That is a reason to celebrate and praise God all day! I believe this was all part of a journey God has been taking me on to heal, learn, restore and then teach some valuable lessons that I can then share with you. I am beyond grateful for this report and feel so relieved to know that not only does God hear our prayers about health matters but also heart matters as well. He will work through the issues one by one if we are willing.
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD. Isaiah 54:17

Moving Forward
As I move forward and work through the health issues, I believe I will be back in full swing sooner than later, at this point I want to call it all minor. I am working on a few things in terms of the spiritual aspect of healing as well that I hope will not only complete my healing process but also give you the tools when it’s complete. God has never given me a challenge without giving me the solution through His word and Holy Spirit guidance.
As for Lent
There are few things people fast and I see this being highly beneficial not only on a spiritual aspect but also a physical. Here are a few things you could fast and are quite popular. It should be something that you do regularly that will bring Jesus to mind every time you reach for that thing. It should hurt a bit to remember what Jesus did for you, because what He did was unbearable to imagine.

Sugar the Silent Killer
It’s all fun and games until you get sick, I know all too well how easy it is to get carried away when enjoy the sweet stuff. No, it’s not everyone’s weakness but it is a major problem in our diets these days, the worst part is many people have no idea that it’s the sugar in their diet that’s making them feel low, gain weight, have brain fog and be moody. Instead, people think it’s a variety of other things, run to the doctor only to get pills that don’t solve the simple issue; Simple sugars that are hiding in your diet may very well be a bigger problem than you may think.
It was a perfect weekend to getaway and RESET. We are the RESET RETREAT team. With everything going on in the world today, aligning yourself with likeminded faith filled people is so important. We came together to refresh, to relax and to press into our faith with prayer for each other and our nations. After two years of the isolating rules and restrictions we are done and ready to bring people together again.
Many people are talking about food shortages and getting ready for the worst. I’m not that interested in fear mongering but this trend has been intriguing to me and made me want to spend a little time looking into what that would entail. Here’s a few ideas I thought I’d share while I’m learning to prep and store.
It would seem that many people are having a hard time knowing what to believe these days. Many people will only decide what’s true based on experience rather than research and understanding. I don’t blame anyone, it truly is hard to know what to believe and with limited time to read through thousands of articles, no wonder. The goal is to sniff out false information based on experience, faith and research. The truth is we aren’t always going to get it right but no scientist ever did the first time all the time. The point of looking into things isn’t always to be right but rather to start to learn to trust our gut instincts. We need to practice looking for the truth and always be ready to falsify anything that we have previously learned and if we find enough evidence to change our mind we need to have the courage to do so.
Although that statement can blanket a ton of topics these days this article is about 5G and EMF. Are they harmful and if so what are we going to do about it?
