It’s that time of year again where work at getting back on track after the holidays, set our intentions and make that resolve to evolve. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to the fitness journey or you are a veteran, we all need these fundamentals implemented in our lives. Healthy living is a mind, body and spirit trinity. All three need to be in sync to have health and wellness.
Many people are talking about food shortages and getting ready for the worst. I’m not that interested in fear mongering but this trend has been intriguing to me and made me want to spend a little time looking into what that would entail. Here’s a few ideas I thought I’d share while I’m learning to prep and store.
It would seem that many people are having a hard time knowing what to believe these days. Many people will only decide what’s true based on experience rather than research and understanding. I don’t blame anyone, it truly is hard to know what to believe and with limited time to read through thousands of articles, no wonder. The goal is to sniff out false information based on experience, faith and research. The truth is we aren’t always going to get it right but no scientist ever did the first time all the time. The point of looking into things isn’t always to be right but rather to start to learn to trust our gut instincts. We need to practice looking for the truth and always be ready to falsify anything that we have previously learned and if we find enough evidence to change our mind we need to have the courage to do so.
Although that statement can blanket a ton of topics these days this article is about 5G and EMF. Are they harmful and if so what are we going to do about it?
If there was ever a better time to start learning about natural remedies or get a refresher on them, now would be it.
I know for many people of my generation we have had easy access to almost anything we want. The lifestyle of quick fixes and delivery services may be the best we’ve ever seen but are we losing our survival skills and traditions? I’m not sure the answer to that for you but I know that I have had a very keen interest in learning all things natural and survival lately. Maybe it’s because the world has become very uncertain these days and that primal instinct is kicking in, I’m sure I’m not alone. I thought I would put together a list of books that you may want to grab in hard copy for your personal library. If for no other reason than to pass down to your kids. It’s great to have home remedies on hand and remember that nature provides all we need.
