Walking into July -the 7th month of the year and it is a time to “rest” in that we have done what we could in the past season and the fruit of our labour is in God’s hands. We can now celebrate completion- Of tests, planning, toiling and any other stressful thing we might have experienced up until now! We planted the seeds in our life and now we get to reap whatever that is.

If there was a place that you don’t want to miss it’s Europe but more importantly Greece. There are some amazing places in this world and maybe we all relate to different places differently but for me Greece was on the bucket list and I was so excited to go and check this big one off the list.
It’s all so different but the principles are the same. This is the biggest thing I get when people have been asking me about the change.

I had the opportunity to work for a home builder while I stayed and worked on a reno of my own. I truly feel that if you are thinking of getting into the home reno business that you should try and find your way to work with a professional in some way. I didn’t have any family with any experience so it was the best way I knew how to get the inside scoop on the trades, the home design and the interior decorating in one short season and of course make some money while you’re at it. I learned what I needed to know about the costs and what it would take to build my own or renovate. Of course, this also had its limits and the designs were for the suburbs but for functional city living in Alberta.
