Ok here’s the soup I made. It was a little iffy but I had some folks try it out so I think it’s alright. Here’s the root veggie soup recipe.
Let’s call it from the dirt Soup:
- 1 chopped CeleriacÂ
- 4 chopped Potatoes
- 1 chopped Rutabaga
- 1 chopped Onion
- ( slowcooker with 2 cups of water or until its 3/4 filled)
After top ingredients are soft- 8 hours in slowcooker.. Blend in the rest of the ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Hot jalapeno ( optional kick)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Garnished with whatever you like. I added sour cream and a few strips of bacon and that was amazing!
