I hear that all the time. I totally get it, so maybe it’s time to invest in yourself and get a coach. I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people of all ages, shapes and goal ranges learn about fitness and how to get started. More than that, I’ve written six books on different aspects of health and wellness but don’t worry, you don’t have to read them all if you don’t want to. I’ll walk you through step by step at the pace you can manage.
