Plus I can help you track your food and training. It’s more than just a program, it’s a plan of action.
I wanted to invite you to try it for a couple of weeks before you decide on a program if you aren’t quite sure yet which you’d like to do (RESET or SHIFT). I will be using this app for the workout portions of all my programs going forward, plus custom programs as well so I wanted you to get used to using it for FREE. It’s a lot more interactive than my last Claireraefit app and has some excellent integrations that I’m sure you’re going to love. I can also create customized programs for you if you have a specific goal or need. Yes, that means even if you have an injury or something special that needs special care I can do it within this app. Most importantly, I will be able to create challenges and help you stay on track. Whether you prefer to workout from home, in nature or at the gym I can build you something or may already have a program perfect for you. In 14 days you will get used to using the app and be ready to get started on my next upcoming challenge.
